Appointments can me made by either calling into reception or by telephoning between 8.30am - 12.30pm and 2.00 - 5.30pm.

When making an appointment we will endeavour where possible to offer you an appointment with the doctor or nurse of your choice, but this may not always be possible.

Access To A Doctor Or Nurse

As mentioned above you can access a doctor or nurse by telephoning for an appointment. Alternatively, if you wish to speak to a doctor or nurse you can telephone the surgery between 8.30am and 5.30pm. The receptionist will either put you through to the person you have asked to speak to if they are available, ask you to call back at a specific time or will take your details for either the doctor or nurse to return your call.

How do I...
Obtain A Home Visit?

Requests for home visits and emergency appointments can be made by either telephoning the surgery or calling in at reception. All requests for home visits and emergency appointments are passed to one of our practice sisters or the duty doctor who will assess the urgency of the request and pass it to the appropriate clinician. We find this is a good use of resources and it ensures prompt treatment and prioritises urgent requests.

How do I...
Obtain Test Results?

Results can be obtained by telephoning the surgery between 10.30am and 12.30pm and 2.00 and 4.00pm.

At times the surgery may call you with the results or ask you to make an appointment or hand in another sample of urine.

Please wait five days before phoning for your blood or urine test results, 14 days for x-rays and four weeks for cervical smear results.
