PATIENT FOCUS GROUP: The next meeting of the Patient Focus Group will be held at Mauchline Surgery in March 2012. This Group is made up of patients who help us to analyse information provided by other patients in an effort to enable us to continue to provide a high standard of care to our patients, and to improve the areas identified by patients as requiring our attention. The Patient Focus Group gives the Practice an opportunity to update patients on any forthcoming developments within the practice and gives us the chance to report on the outcome of these. There is staff representation from each discipline within the Practice in attendance at every meeting to help answer any questions raised.
