Obtain A Repeat Prescription?

If the doctor wishes you to have a repeat prescription, ie without seeing him every time, this will be put on the computer. The computer also prints a sheet with a list of medications which can be re-ordered. This list can be handed in, or posted to the surgery when a further prescription is needed. If a stamped addressed envelope is included we will return your prescription by post.

We also accept repeat prescriptions by telephone (choose this option when prompted) and fax.

Prescriptions can be collected at the surgery 48 hours after you make your request. You can also request that your prescription be sent to one of the local chemists. Requests for repeat prescriptions can be made between 10.30am and 12.30pm and 2.00 to 4.00pm.
