    Flu Vaccine

If you are eligible for the flu vaccine, you may receive a letter from your GP Practice. The letter will advise how your GP Practice will provide your flu vaccination - in some instances, this may not be within your GP Practice but at a local venue or walk-through facility. Please take the letter with you when you attend for your vaccine or you may not receive it. You may also be able to get your flu vaccination at a participating Community Pharmacy* if unable to attend at your GP Practice (you should contact the pharmacy prior to attending). If you are eligible for the flu vaccine but have not received a letter from your GP Practice, please contact your practice to request one and give this to the Community Pharmacy when you attend.

    Current MSK Physiotherapy Provision

Due to Covid-19 MSK physiotherapy is mainly being delivered by telephone consultations for assessment and advice. Near Me is also being used for video appointment consultations. For patients needing to be seen face to face there remains very limited capacity and moving forward MSK will have less capacity for face to face consultations due to the impact of social distancing. The waiting list is slowly being addressed with virtual consultations. Please note, MATS help line for patients to self-refer is stil closed. For self management advice please check the MSK website https://www.mhsaaa.net/musculoskeletal-service-msk/

Health Conditions A to Z

We anticipate a reduction in our workforce, therefore, please avoid coming to the surgery unless it is necessary. For the time being we are putting our chronic disease clinics on hold. All patients will be triaged over the telephone before an appointment is given. A lot of mild illnesses can be managed with self care and we can provide advice over the telephone.
If you have a fever, a cough, shortness breath or any other respiratory symptoms, please contact the surgery first, do not attend the surgery.
We would appreciate your co-operation in helping us manage this global pandemic
